The Royal Palms Estate Federation Co-op. Society Ltd. is the unified governing body formed to represent and manage the common interests of all Cooperative Housing Societies within the Royal Palms Estate, Goregaon (East), Mumbai.
RPEFCSL is the apex co-operative body representing the collective interests of the various co-operative housing societies within the Royal Palms Estate in Goregaon East, Mumbai. Formed with the objective of unified governance, transparent administration, and collaborative development, RPEFCSL serves as a central platform for coordination, dispute resolution, and strategic decision-making across the estate.
As a registered federation under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, RPEFCSL works to ensure the smooth functioning of member societies, maintain essential common infrastructure, and foster a harmonious living environment for all residents.
