The residents of Royal Palms Estate have achieved a landmark victory with the official formation and registration of the Royal Palms Estate Federation Co-Op Society Limited, marking the end of a struggle spanning more than 15 years.

This Federation now stands as the legally recognized apex body for all registered societies and residents of Royal Palms, under the provisions of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. It establishes a strong framework for transparent self-governance, infrastructure development, and a unified voice for the community.
