Royal Palms Estate Federation Co-operative Society Limited (RPEFCSL) is the apex co-operative body representing the collective interests of the various co-operative housing societies within the Royal Palms Estate in Goregaon East, Mumbai. Formed with the objective of unified governance, transparent administration, and collaborative development, RPEFCSL serves as a central platform for coordination, dispute resolution, and strategic decision-making across the estate.
As a registered federation under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, RPEFCSL works to ensure the smooth functioning of member societies, maintain essential common infrastructure, and foster a harmonious living environment for all residents.
